Norwalk Public Library

Rotating deposit collections of materials, and occasionally programs are available to senior citizens, assisted living facilities and nursing homes. Child day care center visits are also available from the staff by appointment. Age and interest appropriate items are selected and checked out for different time periods.

Available materials include selections from the following items:

• Books--LARGE PRINT, regular print, paperbacks 

• Nonfiction videos--travel, biographies, etc.
  

• Entertainment videos--movie favorites, and Hollywood hits
  

• Described and closed-captioned videos for blind, partially-sighted and hearing impaired
  

• Audio books--fiction and nonfiction classics and new selections
  

• CD music

• Reader's Digest--LARGE PRINT and regular
