Homesteading and homemaking skills were often passed generation to generation, however with many families taking advantage of modern conveniences, folks who yearn to get back to the basics have nowhere to turn. Join President of the Huron County Chapter of the National Ladies Homestead Gathering, Shannon Ditz, to hear about modern homesteading, urban homesteading, and how her local chapter supports women through homesteading.
