The Long-Term Care Ombudsan Program advocates for individuals who receive long-term care services in nursing and assisted living homes, as well as their own home, and educates consumers, family members, and providers regarding rights and expectations for care. Melissa Wilson discusses both the program and volunteer opportunities. Registration starts on Monday, September 27th.
